Introducing The Libertine at 1234 Broad St. in downtown San Luis Obispo! We host 76 taps of excellent beer and wines from all over; including a wide variety of our own wild ales, kombucha and cold brew coffee! Our staff has curated a menu utilizing local ingredients and incorporating Libertine wild ales into their recipes, such as our raspberry coulis infused with our Framboise, served with our panko fried goat cheese balls. In addition, we team up with other local artisans to produce unique and flavorful menu options. Our breakfast items use eggs from Rocking MB Ranch and we marinate Cattaneo Brothers sausage in our Wild IPA overnight to intensify the flavor.

Libertine has always found a priority in a well caffeinated lifestyle. We've incorporated locally roasted coffee into our beers, and found our perfect balance of caffeine and beer. Libertine Coffee Bar is the product of that. Serving only the best local pastries, delicious breakfast and lunch items, and amazing Slake Coffee and Mighty Leaf Teas.

Slake Coffee is a small-batch roastery, whose goal with every coffee roasted is to live up to their namesake and create coffees that truly satisfy. Slake achieves that goal by pursuing every expression of the bean, from bright, complex light roasts to caramelized, smoky dark roasts. Regardless of roast level we develop specific roast profiles for every coffee based on the inherent qualities of the bean.

Mighty Leaf is passionate about whole leaf tea. Since their founders first opened their original San Francisco tea house, called Tea & Company in 1996, it has been their goal to share the whole leaf tea experience with tea enthusiasts around the world. Mighty Leaf teas showcase larger, bolder tea leaves that are never broken, torn, or crushed, giving you a complex, nuanced taste that you can’t find anywhere else. Only whole leaves deliver the whole flavor and aroma to give you a luxurious and unique multi-sensory tea experience.
